  Working here was a nightmare. I witnessed staff members treating their residents with such disrespect and so many disgusting acts were committed. Every attempt I made to report to make a change was shut down. One nurse repeatedly withheld medicine frome her residents even though the doctor demanded that they had them for their well being and comfort. The same nurse forced residents to do as she said regardless of how agonizing it was. She did things as she saw fit, not caring about what the doctors or therapists said. It's disgusting how many abuses took place here in such a short period of time and by so many staff members that dedicated their lives to supposedly care for people. There are so many cover ups from these certain horrible human beings. Every single attempt I made to make a change for these poor people resulted in a cover up. Before I left this place I was locked in an office with the nurse I tried to report and another nurse that was notorious for distorting the truth. They wouldn't let me out and made threats against me trying to turn this situation on me. I had to push my way out because they blocked the door and I called the police. According the the police department there was no wrongful act committed and these nurses continued to work with these residents like nothing ever happened.
